Outboard Engine Servicing, Diagnostics and Repairs

What can we do for you

We specialise in mobile outboard engine servicing, repairs and diagnostics.

Whether you are looking for a reliable annual service, or have a problematic engine that needs diagnosing and repairing, we have you covered.

Contact us via phone or email, and we will get you booked in and back on the water as soon as possible!

Diagnostics:

Having problems with your engine?  Don't miss out on days on the water!  Contact us, and we can advise you on the best course of action to get your engine running flawlessly again.

We follow a 3-step process for getting your engine back on the water:

Step 1 - A conversation. Tell us what issues you are having with your engine.  We will then advise you on any easy fixes you can try yourself, to avoid unnecessary costs. If there isn't an easy solution, we will then move onto diagnostics.

Step 2 - Diagnostics. Organise a date and time for us to have a look at your engine and determine what the problem is. Once we have diagnosed the problem and found a solution, we will then quote for repairs. If the solution doesn't require parts, or we have the correct part in stock, we will rectify the issue for you there and then. If we need to order parts, we will provide you with an estimated cost for parts and labour, and then agree a time to come back and complete the job.

Step 3 - Repairs. When it comes to completing the work, we will take our time to make sure that we have resolved the issue. We will then run the engine up to ensure it is running smoothly, and that there are no subsequent issues.  In addition to a visual check of the engine, we will advise you of any issues that may arise in the future.

Finally, we can supply you with a job report which will outline what work has been completed, and any future recommendations. This is useful to keep for records of any completed repairs.

Servicing:

Most manufacturers recommend you have your outboard serviced every year or every 100 hours, whichever comes first.  However, we recommend that you check your owners manual to ensure correct service intervals.
